The remaining 3 folders I cannot delete without system admin privileges. The first folder (C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore) does not exist. Whatever assistance you can provide would be hugely appreciated. I just got another call today from someone who is "reviewing my case and will get back to me sometime soon". Also six weeks that Adobe Customer Support has been unable to assist. It is nearly 6 weeks now that I have been unable to use the software. When I enter the serial number and request code it responds with "Unable to process your request. On start-up, Flash Builder prompts me for activation and gives me a request code and instructions to go to to acquire a response code for activation.
